About the Job
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented HR Representative to join our HR team. You will assist the HR Manager in on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, and administrative tasks and guide employees. To be successful in your role as HR Representative you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team member. You should be superior at problem-solving, decision-making, and written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities/Duties

To be successful in your role as HR Representative, you will have to follow some rules and practices.
1. Generate and maintain employee records and documentation for key details.
2. Maintain HR policies are being practiced by all.
3. Respond and interact with employees in regards to benefits, and compensation.
4. Participate in recruitment drives, talk to potential candidates, and distribute promotional material.
5. Recommend employee benefits to managers and new steps to entice and keep recruits.
6. Conduct interviews, post job openings, receive applications, and maintain employee databases.
7. Provide new hires with appropriate company information and do the necessary paperwork.
8. Generate reports and assist in audits and reviews.
Qualifications
There are some requirements that you should have to qualify as an HR Representative and these are mentioned below.
1. Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in the HR field or any other related discipline.
2. Minimum 1-year experience with the HR department or recruiting department.
3. Experience with interview techniques.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
5. Some experience in HR software and MS Office.
6. Working knowledge of HR policies and laws.
7. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
