John & Molly's in Eastampton, NJ, seeks a full-time Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team.

Job title:

• Chef/Kitchen Manager

Compensation:

• $65-70K salary
• Paid Weekly
• Paid time off

Schedule requirements:

• Approximately 50-55 hours per week
• 5 days per week

Language requirements:

• English
• Spanish is helpful

Must have experience:

• 2+ years minimum of previous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef experience in a casual bar/restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training & motivation
• Managing 5-10 people
