What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Patient Assessments: Evaluate each patient’s abilities and design personalized treatment plans to enhance their independence and quality of life.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless, holistic care experience.
• Training & Education: Empower patients and caregivers with skills for adapting to daily tasks, improving their well-being and confidence.
• Documentation: Keep clear, up-to-date records and regularly update primary physicians on patient progress.
• Supervision & Mentorship: Guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Home Health Aides to ensure the highest quality of care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program  Certification: National registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)  Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferred Skills: Strong communicator with excellent organizational abilities❤️ CPR Certification: Required
