About the Role At Dependable Home Health of Nevada, we’re dedicated to bringing high-quality, personalized care into the homes of our patients, and we need an enthusiastic Physical Therapist (PT) to join us in Pahrump! As our PT, you’ll create and implement individualized care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and work closely with caregivers to make a meaningful impact in each patient’s life.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• License: Active Physical Therapist license in Nevada
• Experience: 1+ year in home health (preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered approach
• ❤️ CPR Certification: Required
