Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a well-established practice in the Fort Smith, AR area. The ideal candidate will provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, language, and swallowing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for children with communication disorders. Services include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.
- Work closely with families to support treatment goals and provide education on therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary:$53.50 -$62.25 per hour Based on experience and qualifications.
- Sign-On: $5,000

Qualifications
- Degree: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- License: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification: A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
