Key Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including but not limited to troweling, edging, and brooming.
- Set up and use hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces to the desired specifications.
- Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete as needed.
- Ensure that finished surfaces meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
