All 4 You Electrical is seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our team in the Boise, ID area. In this role, you will perform electrical installations, repairs, replacements, inspections, and panel upgrades for residential and commercial customers. • Electrical Installations: Perform electrical installations for new construction, remodels, and additions, ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.
• Repairs and Replacements: Diagnose electrical problems and make necessary repairs or replacements, including wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches.
• Panel Upgrades: Install and upgrade electrical panels, ensuring they are up to code and meet the needs of the customer.
• Inspections: Conduct electrical inspections to ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about electrical issues and recommended solutions.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and industry safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other electricians and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

• Experience: Preferred experience in both residential and commercial
• Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Idaho.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, panel boards, and transformers.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel around the greater Boise, ID area to assist customers.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday through Friday, from 8a to 5p
• Optional overtime available
