• Install and Maintain EV Charging Stations in residential settings, ensuring work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met throughout the installation and repair processes, communicate directly with clients, provide updates, scheduling confirmations, and address their needs professionally.
  
• Accurately record expenses and process invoices for completed work.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform general residential electrical work, including safety inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Manage scheduling, invoicing, and communications through company CRM software.
• Take before and after photos, document work thoroughly, and ensure accurate project completion.
• Lead and train apprentices, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet client and company standards.
• Upsell additional services like safety inspections and electrical upgrades as needed.

• Must have a valid CA Journeyman Electrician license with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional attitude.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM for scheduling, invoicing, and communication.
• Familiarity with EV charging stations (highly preferred). 
• Full set of hand and power tools required.
• Smart Home Systems experience is helpful.
• Ability to estimate additional services and upgrades for customers. 
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for travel between job sites.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Flexible with hours and able to work independently.
• Must pass a background check to work on rebate program projects.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of home environments.
• Sales experience is a plus but can be trained.
