Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
For Journeyman Electricians:
- Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems.
- Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Blueprints and Documentation: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
For Journeyman Electricians:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or experience).
- OSHA10 preferred
Requirements:
- knowledge of low voltage, cable tray installation and fabrication, terminations, 24 V work, multi color conductor cables, use of shrinks and ferrules, experience working with rigid and IMC
- must have 5-7 years experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or chemical plants
