The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Geolocation Operator - Lima (Farsi) candidate who is looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work in the Augusta, GA area.
Primary Responsibilities
The Journeyman Operator - Lima shall perform operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest and process voice in support of operations. Provides summary translations of target transmissions. Mentors less experienced Operators to enhance the training program and operational TTPs.
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
Current Passive Geolocation Operator Certification
Possess the following language analyst qualifications:
Perform at ILR skill level 2 in audio translation from Persian Farsi into American English.
Demonstrate current ILR proficiency via formal assessment while on contract, if required.
Equivalent of four years full-time cryptologic language processing or related cryptologic experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
