Journeyman Glazier

MT Contracting, Inc., a leading glass and glazing company, is looking to add a Foreman-level Journeyman Glazier. We proudly serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or work in a crew installing aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems 


• Install heavy sliding doors, casement windows, and wood window products


• Measure and design break metal profiles based on details in approved shop drawings


• Glass install in all system types


• Organize tools and materials for each job


• Capture field photos for documentation

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to lift 75+ lbs - Clean driving record


• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred


• Strong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following up

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone who is strong, determined, and a good leader. Proficiency in reading a tape measure and strong math skills are essential.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage: $30 - $38 DOE
