Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, service, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, providing efficient and effective repairs.
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including controls, thermostats, motors, and compressors.
- Manage time effectively to independently complete assigned projects within deadlines.
- Lead and train helpers, fostering a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating with clients, addressing questions, and providing solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and using safety equipment as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used, ensuring accurate documentation for efficient operations and client satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions to stay current with HVAC industry best practices and certifications.
Qualifications
- License: Active Journeyman HVAC License (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques for effective service.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
- Service Rotation schedule with additional earning potential
Work Location:
- Various residential and commercial sites within the Baltimore Metro Area served by Stephen J. Tant Plumbing LLC.
