Responsibilities: 
•    Plans, initiates, and manages information technology (IT) projects and task orders under the OM&S contract with limited supervision. 
•    In collaboration with technical team, leads and guides the work of task order staff. 
•    Serve as liaison between Leidos, the prime and customers for business and technical aspects of the project. 
•    Candidate plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage including monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
•    Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Required Qualifications: 
•    Current Secret level clearance. 
•    Ability to apply PMBOK methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE). 
•    Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience.  
•    Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.  
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
•    Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
