Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, services, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install various plumbing systems, including water supply lines, waste disposal, drain cleaning, water services, sewer line replacements, boilers, radiators, and fixtures.
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations on every project.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects independently.
- Lead and train helpers, supporting a collaborative and team-focused work environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating with clients, addressing questions, and providing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards and protocols.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).
- 8+ years of experience in plumbing installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Proven experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Competency in sewer and water service replacements.
- Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC industry standards and local codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable team member.
- High level of customer service, including experience working in residential environments.
- Physical capability to handle tasks that involve bending, lifting 50+ lbs, and standing for extended periods, with year-round work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Skilled in diagnosing issues and confidently recommending service repairs to clients.
- Ability to pass a background check is required.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

- Various residential and commercial sites within the Baltimore Metro Area served by Stephen J. Tant Plumbing LLC.
