Licensed journeyman plumbers; experienced helpers with the will to grow & be developed and non-experienced helpers with the want to learn a skill and work in premier customer facilities in Louisiana and in the Houston, Texas area. Our team members maintain relations between the customer and the organization. The position will primarily be field work with room for growth.
In order to be successful, all team members should consistently show interest in the trade and become involved. Complete professional certifications, as required by the company, and attend factory and in-house training sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Good candidates will possess many of the skills and knowledge in the following areas:
Technical Skills
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
- Installation based on drawings & specifications.
- Recognize potential interferences in plumbing installations.
- Some familiarity with mechanical systems, air handling units, heat exchangers, boilers, chillers, HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Able to use Windows based software tools with some programming experience.
- Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of how to use various specialty plumbing tools.
- Able to perform at minimum daily maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and training.
On-Site Work and Responsibilities
- Duties would include, but are not limited to: laying-out for plumbing rough-in’s, topping-out above slab, setting fixtures, performing tests and pre-inspections, completing service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments, and maintenance per customer agreement and company guidelines
- Ability to respond to customer service calls (emergency, on-site),
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to submit written reports or other documents in a timely matter
- Effective and discriminate use of time and resources is a critical component for success in this job
- Some overnight travel required
- Promote, build and maintain good customer relations
- Keep supervisor informed of customer requirements, and actual, potential or perceived customer problems
- Provide training to customers as required
- The ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form to technical and non-technical people.
- Safety is a major component of the job. Workers often wear personal protective gear such as high visibility vests, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and boots.
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to customers company policy and OSHA standards
- Use fall protection and safety harness when required
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman plumbers must present a valid license and maintain by attending CPE classes every year
- Must possess or be able to obtain TWIC card
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid drivers license
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- WSPS accepted (Backflow Certification)
