Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work site
- Install plumbing systems
- Train apprentices and laborers
- Maintain a positive workplace
- Review materials needed for the job well in advance
- Review and maintain project productivity
- Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor
- Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service
Experience and Requirements:
- Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License
- Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
- 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow plans and specs
