• Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks, including water heater repair and installation, pipe and drain cleaning, sewer services, and backflow prevention.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions, ensuring quality service on every job.
• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems with precision and efficiency.
• Provide emergency plumbing services, responding to urgent calls and offering quick resolutions.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, treating customers' homes and properties with respect.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and providing transparent pricing estimates.
• Collaborate with the Mallard team, assisting with training and mentoring apprentices.

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, backflow systems, and sewer lines.
• Excellent customer service, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members.
• Ability to inspect and provide homeowners with the solutions to their plumbing problems.
• Ability to estimate repair costs and review proposals with customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and handle emergency plumbing calls.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
