Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for maximizing the value resulting from the work of technical experts and development team.

• Maintains accountability for the backlog with limited supervision.

• Ensures that the backlog is transparent, ordered according to defined criteria and contains actionable requests from the users and stakeholders.

• Operates within a scaled Agile/Scrum framework to manage a complex set of products such as databases, networks and applications.

• Assists more junior product owners and senior technical staff on deliverables.

• Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Required Qualifications: 

• Current Secret level clearance.

• Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience. 

• Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience. 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
