Jr. Account Manager
$20-22/hr (depending on experience)

What your day-to-day looks like:
- Enter sales orders into MRP system: AS400
- Follow up regarding order status with internal employees
- Track and trace orders
- Perform administrative duties such as obtaining customer documents, order information, account updates and enter into system
- Facilitate order status to customer and work inter-departmentally with sales team and order entry team to obtain status.
- This is a relationship building role. Maintain current customers.
- Reach out to customers to obtain information needed for accounts.
- Provide updates and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Tech Savvy within MS Suite & ability to pick up new systems
- An interest in sales support
- Great communication skills
- Team Player
- Confidence!
