Jr Business Analyst-W2 - eTek IT Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to identify business trends and insights

Assist in the development of business requirements and functional specifications

Support the design, development, and implementation of business processes

Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

Assist in training and support for end-users

Adhere to project timelines and budgets

Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies

Assist in identifying and mitigating risks

Support change management activities

Assist in the documentation of business processes and requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field

Proven experience in data analysis and business process improvement

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of project management principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools

Understanding of database concepts and SQL

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Certification in Business Analysis is desirable
