Jr. Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - Direct Counsel, LLC

Direct Counsel has partnered with a well-respected boutique Commercial Litigation law firm who is seeking a skilled Jr. Associate Attorney to join their team.

Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 1-year of commercial/civil litigation experience

·         CA Bar License

·         Must have knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures

·         Must have Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology

·         Strong work ethic

·         Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions and Essential forms would be helpful

·         Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a PLUS

·         Must be reliable and detail oriented
