Data Analyst
Qualifications:
- Copy Writing Experience
- Supplier and Customer Engagement
- Great communication skills
- Excellent English grammar skills
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Outlook and Excel
- Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
- Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now
- Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits
- Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 0 – 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Beginner experience with SQL
- Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
- Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines
- Must be a strong team player
- Able to find flaws in processes, and improve upon them
