Junior HR Business Partner (Temp-to-Hire)

Our client, a growing tech manufacturing company in the Fairfield area is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team. This role starts at 3 days a week with potential to expand to full-time, or direct hire if it’s the right fit.

Role Highlights:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Assist employees with HR and benefits inquiries
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
