Position Area: Jr. Sales Telemarketing Representative
Reports to: Pres/CEO
Basic Function: Responsible for keeping the sales pipeline full, prospecting and nurturing qualified prospects for janitorial services.
Major Responsibilities
- Use CRM software. (Plus)
- Identify, research, and qualify leads.
- Reach out to cold leads by phone and email.
- Follow a script during your call.
- Answer questions and address inquiries.
- Provide additional information upon request.
- Record names, address, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted in the CRM tool.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone, LinkedIn and other social media outlets.
- Set appointments for the CEO
- Send out email blasts to current and prospective customers.
- Follow up by phone to reengage past customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly explain the products and services offered by KMD Contracting Services to prospective customers when making appointments. Goal of 12 Appointments per Month.
- Ensure each prospective client and potential customers has a positive experience with our company.
- Develop, organize, and maintain relationships with KMD Contracting Services prospects in HubSpot while using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other various platforms
- Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue.
- Send in a monthly excel listing sheet of all appointments scheduled for the month.
- Send prospects Introductory sales letters daily and follow up with potential clients within a 3-5 business day timeline.
- Perform similar additional duties as directed by the CEO
Education and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Direct Marketing or similar.
- Communication and Phone skills
- The successful candidate will work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Home Office. There is a possibility that this position may eventually go to full-time.
Commission Structure
$25.00 per booked, quality appointment that MUST result in a proposal/quote being provided to the potential customer. Multiple location customers do not count as multiple appointments. If a sale is closed because of a scheduled appointment a one-time commission of $150.00 will be paid. All payments are to be paid one time after the account has been with the company 60 days or longer. (Subject to change)
