Responsibilities:Works with customers to develop solutions with out-of-the-box functionality, including creating sites, subsites, pages, lists, and libraries, managing data and metadata with custom content types, site columns, and document sets, and configuring web-parts, page layouts, and custom views for both SharePoint On-premises and SharePoint Online.
Implements and maintains site permissions structure, site navigation structure including term-store management, and Document Management system.
Establishes a UI design framework with wireframes, user journeys, mockups, or clickable prototypes.
Works with the SharePoint development team to create user-friendly front end applications utilizing Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse that function across various browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.
Creates and maintains necessary technical documentation such as data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, release notes, etc.
- Apply server and workstation patches using customer designated tool or apply patches manually when required.
- Manage and track IT software licenses and facilitate license purchases by entering new requests into customer procurement system (this includes maintenance agreement renewals).
- Manage, distribute and track mobile devices for multiple offices (includes mobile phones, tablets, encrypted usb media and workstations for remote access).
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot application, server and database backups.
- Assist customers with establishing video teleconference calls (VTCs) and act as a point of contact for VTC issues and equipment procurement.
- Act as an IT liaison and advocate between the customer and the central IT organization.
- Deploy new virtual servers according to the customer configuration standards as required.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and applications issues for a variety of systems.
- Power BI experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or commensurate work experience.
- 1-2 years experience managing virtual infrastructure. VMware is desired but not required.
- At least one year of experience providing direct desktop or application support in a customer facing role.
