Your day to day as a Junior Account Manager
As a Junior Account Manager at VillageCare, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining referring relationships with internal and external referral sources, contributing to the continuous growth of our organization. Your responsibilities will include daily interactions with community and provider referral sources, creating a robust pipeline of new sources, and effectively communicating data to maximize referral conversion rates. You will collaborate with leadership to manage outreach efforts efficiently, ensuring that all referral sources are kept up-to-date on the progress of their referrals. Reporting outreach productivity weekly, you will also be involved in marketing initiatives such as events, presentations, and fairs. This position offers specific projects and goals, allowing for some autonomy in decision-making while providing readily available supervision for guidance and support.
