Position Overview:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and setting meetings for the Sr. Account Manager. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role. You will also upsell to past clients and work with customer success on client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and set discovery meetings for the Sr. Account Manager
- Respond to all inbound leads within five minutes of assignment
- Upsell to past clients, work with Customer Success on client issues
- Prospect into unassigned accounts, find new opportunities in this pool of leads and assign to the correct territory in CRM
- Execute 60 outbound dials per day to connect with potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Using MRP software, find product listings to support Buy Team in clearing backorders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience and a proven track record of success in a business development or account development, or customer success role.
- Ability to manage prospecting and lead generation for all inbound and outbound leads.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and prospective leads.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Preferred certification in a leading edge Sales Training Program such as Sandler Training, Challenger Sale, SPIN selling, etc
