Junior Accountant

• CFS NY is working with a Real Estate organization looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team
• They have residential and commercial properties located across the US
• Perfect role for someone to get their foot in the door at a great organization

• Monthly company breakfasts and lunches
• This role is located in The Flatiron District in Manhattan

• Perform accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger Maintenance, and Budget Variance Analysis
• Reconcile Bank Account and Prepare monthly financial statements
• Input new leases, update extensions and prepare monthly billing in Yardi
• Coordinate with CPA for audit and year end tax filing

Preferred Qualifications- Junior Accountant

• BA in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Experience with QuickBooks or Yardi is a plus
