Junior Accountant - iMedX, a RapidCare Group company

Rapid Care Transcription, Inc. is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. This person will manage accounting and financial tasks as assigned to ensure Rapid Care Transcription, Inc’s overall financial health.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years corporate accounting experience, advanced Excel, strong time management, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with NetSuite Accounting Software is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting procedures and processes - Assist CFO in financial reporting, records and general ledgers for consistent accounting. Perform day to day accounting entries and assist in month end close process. Collaborate in budget and forecasting.
• Treasury - Oversee multiple bank accounts, prepare cash forecasts, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, manage tax payments/returns and prepare for audits based on regional and industry-specific 
• Provide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and global team members to ensure smooth financial operations for multiple US entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years corporate accounting experience
• Strong problem -solving skills and independent thinking
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to manage multiple organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to handle information confidentially 
• Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
