About the Job
Adecco is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our client’s Distributed Energy Resources Team as an Interconnection Specialist, focusing on Solar Panel Customers and Projects. In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience for our solar interconnection process. You'll process applications, answer customer questions, and collaborate across departments to keep things moving.

What We're Looking For:
+ Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing excellent customer service, directly interacting with clients/customers to gather data and understand their needs. You're personable, a communication whiz, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research tools.
+ Electrical & Renewable Energy Knowledge: A basic understanding of electrical concepts (voltage, current, power, energy) and renewable energy principles is a plus.
+ Learning & Growth Mindset: You're eager to learn new things and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
+ Teamwork & Communication: You excel at collaborating across departments and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
+ Time Management & Organization: You have a knack for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
+ Process DER interconnection applications from our software platform.
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding the application process and status.
+ Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
+ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong relationships with developers and individual customers.
+ Utilize your understanding of basic electrical concepts and renewable energy principles to better assist customers.
+ Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, finance, engineering, and leadership teams.
Pay Details: $47.00 per hour
