In response to the continued growth of our business, Apex Syndicate is looking for a Junior Client Service Representative to serve the San Jose area. The Junior Client Service Representative will be assigned an external existing customer and new customer base that our clientele provides for us. Our firm is a leading management, marketing, and sales firm that works with the fastest-growing telecommunications and technology company in the nation. We specialize in direct marketing and customer acquisition for one of the most respected companies in the industry.

Junior Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite customer assistance, sales, and client relations to a consumer base
- Comfort working with iPads and tablet-based software
- Work with the Territory Sales Representatives to secure new clients and to protect existing clients from competitors
- Attend large, high-profile (virtual) conferences as required
- Attend and present to prospective clients
- Responsible for the accuracy of all paperwork for new customer accounts.
- Work with the Director of the company and Sales Management staff to effectively build client revenue and set sales goals
- Provide onsite and in-field services to Clients including sales, promotional services, and customer service on products offered
- Represent Apex Syndicate in a professional and business manner
Junior Client Service Representative Qualifications:
- 1 year of account management/customer service/sales experience
- Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
- Tech skills to include tablet navigation, spreadsheet, email and internet usage
- Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must have strong oral communication skills
- Exceptional persuasion, customer engagement, and sales skills
