JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with all aspects of organization marketing/sales, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Executive Director/Administrator and the Community Resources Liaisons in establishing marketing goals and volume projections.
Continuously conducts monthly marketing reports.
Employs soft marketing and promotional initiatives to assist the marketing department in achieving volume projections.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
Attends and prepares marketing meetings minutes.
Assists patients with Telehealth appointments.
Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs, including deliveries, complete paperwork, obtaining feedback, etc.
Follow up on supplemental orders and Form 485, including faxing and uploading.
Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc. markets including government agencies, major paper groups, key referrals sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field preferred.
One (1) year experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice care operations preferred.
Ability to deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
