Job Overview:
The Junior Content Producer will support the Content House by monitoring Lab requests and trafficking projects via Workfront. This person is primarily responsible for reviewing Lab requests and all corresponding documents, including story guides, to ensure there is adequate information for production to begin and assign tasks to the creative team. This person is also responsible for assisting in balancing the creative team workload and identifying potential roadblocks with resourcing, project timelines, etc.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Lab request dashboard twice daily (morning and late afternoon) to ensure all requests are actioned quickly and correctly
- Clearly communicate project and task assignments, actions, and next steps to the requester and creative team, answering questions where appropriate.
- Obtain specs and request details when not otherwise provided
- Conduct live Lab enablement sessions on Workfront and Marq
- Manage Marq self-serve process
- Publish assets to AEM as necessary
- Champion Lab best practices and assist the Content House in upholding brand standards and ensuring content governance.
