Summary:
The successful candidate will be comfortable developing SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 applications and solutions. As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing, and implementation phases of classic SharePoint and Microsoft’s Power Platform solutions on a five year contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 applications and solutions
- Write and maintain basic code with guidance from senior developers
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and debug issues
- Attend design meetings and write reports
- Monitor technical performance of internal systems
- Respond to requests from the development team
- Gather information from consumers about program functionality and requirements
- Conduct development tests (e.g., unit, end-to-end, API, UI)
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint, and basic coding languages (e.g., C++, HTML5, and JavaScript)
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems
- Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Platform
