Full Job Description
As a Junior Foreman at Zone4, you will assist the Foreman in overseeing daily project activities while ensuring that safety, housekeeping, and productivity remain at the forefront. This role is ideal for those who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities while still contributing to hands-on labor. You'll help manage the team, coordinate tasks, and ensure the smooth flow of operations on the job site.

- Support the Foreman in leading the team and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist in overseeing staff while also participating in labor duties as needed.
- Ensure timesheets are signed and submitted accurately.
- Maintain daily project reports and communicate updates to the Foreman.
- Contribute to the overall project's safety, quality, and productivity by upholding Zone4's core values.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are performed according to plan and timeline.
- Use leadership skills to motivate and guide team members, ensuring high performance.
- Lead the team and work hands-on as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred
- Equipment certifications (Forklift/Scissor lift, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience installing storage rack systems, conveyors, and automation systems.
