We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Focus on various Lead Generation projects including the design of banner ads and landing pages for both Aroma360 and Hotel Collection.
- Solve complex visual problems and provide creative direction and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Develop tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization
- Work collaboratively on all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply effective typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, and/or Visual Arts a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Graphic Design, Digital Marketing role (branding, digital & print) either in-house or at an agency
- Experience in Typography and managing multiple graphic projects and design projects
- Digital marketing design experience, specifically landing pages and banner ads
- Proven past success in creating designs that yielded revenue growth through sales or user conversion, with an exceptional portfolio showing examples of multi-channel design projects
- Possess a strong understanding of media design, graphic tools, and techniques
- Adobe Creative Cloud; including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Webflow proficient
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Attention to visual detail and accuracy in all phases of the design process
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Perform other duties as assigned
