A prestigious and well-established national civil litigation defense firm is seeking to hire an Associate Labor & Employment and Employment Benefits Attorney in its growing office in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, GA. With over 200 attorneys with offices throughout the United States, this respected firm is seeking a junior associate with these credentials:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar.
- 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
- Preference for ERISA/employee benefits counseling or litigation experience; however, a willingness to learn this area included with general civil litigation experience is welcome.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.
