Job Overview:
Haus Acquisitions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage campaigns, coordinate events, and support daily marketing operations.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the development and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and email content.
- Coordinate event logistics and assist in the planning of promotional activities, trade shows, and partnership events.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports for review by the marketing team.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing objectives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
