Junior Orthopaedic Surgeon - Hackensack Meridian Health

New Jersey Orthopaedic Sports and Spine Institute is seeking a motivated and dedicated board-certified or board eligible (fellowship-trained preferred) orthopaedic surgeon to join an expanding orthopaedic practice and the Division of Orthopaedics at JFK University Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly desirable location almost midway between Manhattan and Philadelphia on the I 95/Amtrak corridor, and to live in an area that offers excellent schools and quality of life in North Central New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained individual or some with post-fellowship experience to grow within a supportive environment. The successful candidate must possess strong clinical skills, experience as a strong communicator, and a commitment to outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced orthopaedic surgeon, gaining invaluable mentorship and contributing to the enhancement of patient care. Partnership track will be an option. 

Responsibilities: 

• Clinic hours diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions in patients of all age 
• Perform orthopedic surgeries with precision and expertise 
• Operating at both Ambulatory Surgery Center of NJ and JFK University Medical Center ? Provide orthopedic call coverage at JFK University Medical Center, including emergency consults and surgeries as needed 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. 

Qualifications: 

• M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School 
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery 
• Sports Medicine or Upper Extremity (Shoulder and Elbow) Fellowship - Preferred 
• New Jersey Medical, DEA and CDS licenses
