Junior Product Manager Intern - CNH Industrial

You will be part of the product team focused on enhancing our customer experience. This role is non-supervisory and emphasizes individual initiative and contribution while collaborating with others on the product team to achieve goals and meet deadlines to a high standard. You will work alongside with the product team on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap and participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies. You'll also be able to connect and network with other interns, peers and mentors who will challenge you and help you develop important product management skills while contributing your creative perspective on major projects.

This is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with our customer-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from customers
• Help design new product concepts to validate with customers
• Review usage data to inform product decisions
• Help with developing product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
• Support product development initiatives with market research on competitive landscape and industry trends
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful
• Analyze production support data and prepare recommendations based on findings

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Product Management, Business, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree area

This position will pay between $18-$35/hour.
