Our Client, a Retail (Grocery & Discount) Gasoline stations company, is looking for a Junior Project Manager I for their Grand Rapids, MI/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate for this role has 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Requirements:
- Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) preferred. Knowledge of agile practices
- Understanding and development of comprehensive project plans including timelines, budget, people allocation related to network, compute, storage, cloud technologies with multiple vendors at multiple locations simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. Ability to communicate across and up through senior leadership
- Any infrastructure and operations technical experience holding previous roles such as application engineer, developer, etc.
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
