Job Description: As a Junior Recruiter, you will support our recruiting process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with various recruiting activities. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is designed for a very driven, motivated individual who wants to fast-track to Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
• Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment,

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in IT, Engineering or related field is preferred.
