Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable (A/R) Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a specific focus on AR functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and managing accounts receivable. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve payment disputes.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to AR.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex tasks independently.
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis) are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in working with ERP systems and accounting software.
