Salary: $22-24 per hour
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm

AMS is currently seeking a Junior Staff Accountant. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university program in accounting, finance, or a related field, or have graduated within the past year. The Junior Staff Accountant participates in the maintaining of accounting records for Homeowner Associations under board control and applies principles of accounting to perform and coordinate operational activities in support of departmental fund accounting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Processes escrow documents for each resale property in accordance with State Statutes and relevant guidelines as part of Move-in/Move-Out process.
- Prepares and edits the monthly, quarterly and annual Late Fee processing in accordance with each association’s collection resolution.
- Posts Association financials/bank statements to the website and Homewise on a monthly basis.
- Assists with the Preparation of financial statements and other financial reports for Association clients each month.
- Assists Staff Accountants with annual budget process by creating templates and tracking budget completions.
