1+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
1+ years hands-on UI development experience working with JSP, JSF, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS
1+ years of SQL/JDBC experience (without Hibernate)
1+ years of experience using XML/XSD/WSDL/Schemas
Have independently developed a Java web application from scratch
Experience with AJAX and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, YUI, Sencha or Dojo.
