Title: School Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Lacey, WA
Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)

Phaxis is hiring a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district near Lacey, WA for the upcoming school year. Caseloads will be tailored to experience and preference.

Role Details:

• Caseload based on experience and preference
• Assigned to 1-2 schools
• Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate goals
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals

Requirements:

• Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA CCC's preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
• Washington SLP License & ESA
• School or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to commute to Lacey, WA
