- 80 hours of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) after one year of service

SUMMARY
Maintenance Repair [Technician] needs to be capable of troubleshooting and repairing various equipment including.
- Horizontal CNC machining centers
- Vertical CNC machining centers
- 2 and 3 axis CNC lathes
Experience on Mazak equipment is preferred. Must be proficient working on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Salary Range:$33.83-$34.53
JOB DUTIES
- Maintain shop CNC equipment. Both planned preventative maintenance and day-to-day troubleshooting of equipment are required.
- Maintain various equipment types used in the daily manufacturing process including Hydraulic test stations, Powder Coat systems including conveyors, Hydrostatic test equipment, and various manual machines.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/ GED.
- Must be willing to work both 1st & 2nd shift and weekend overtime when needed.
- Must be experienced with CNC Horizontals, lathes, and Vertical Mills along with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.
- PLC knowledge
- Hydraulic knowledge
- Experience with Fanuc Robots preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, dust, fumes, and noise.
- Standing for extended periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as required.
