Join our highly skilled and dynamic team at The Pet Spot, a pet care resort for boarding, training, daycare, and grooming. As a Pet Care Pro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and happiness of our furry guests. Not only will you get to spend your days playing with dogs and cats, but you will also learn valuable skills in customer service and animal care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity
- Engage in play activities with pets and monitor their behavior
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the pets
- Monitor guests' health and well-being
- Handle conflict resolution and assist other departments as needed
Qualities we are looking for:
- Passion for animals and animal care
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under various conditions and handle bodily fluids
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
