Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 salaried, DOE

Essential Functions:
- Work directly in conjunction with the branch general managers and service managers to resolve all service issues in a timely manner. This includes coordinating all communication through e-mail, phone, and face to face meetings to ensure complete follow-up and satisfaction for the Corporate Account.
- Manage all pricing and invoice rules in the Corporate Price Group (CPG) including set-up, changes, additions, and price increases on items serviced.
- Work directly with the Corporate Account Purchasing Department and CAM/ACAM on service agreement renewals.
- Complete annual customer service reports with each main contact for all assigned Corporate Accounts. (see KAM Bonus Plan).
- Work in conjunctions with the Corporate Accounts AR team on collections, rebates, and other required billing reports.
- Maintain and update all files for each Corporate Account assigned.
- Perform up-sell and cross-sell opportunities where possible.
- Assist with special projects as requested by CAM.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Required travel of at least 5 days per month.
- Must be able to qualify for a credit card to be used for travel expenses that will be reimbursed by the company.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and be of age to rent an automobile.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good working knowledge and skill in Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to manage conflict, negotiate, solve problems and successfully build good relationships.
- Excellent skills in evaluating, analyzing, interpreting, reasoning, and making conclusions of data.
- Proficient in Gap Analysis.
- Organized and detail oriented, able to multi-task.
- Ability to perform required mathematical calculations
- Organize work, meet deadlines, perform at efficiency and safety expectations, and follow instructions as directed by supervisor.
- Keep a current, valid license and be able to rent an automobile.
- Position will be based in Eastern United States
Education:
- BS Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications OR 2 years of experience as a manager in a service-related industry.
Travel Requirements:
- Frequently, approximately 25% overnight travel
Typical Physical Activity:
- Physical Demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, hearing, lifting up to 25 pounds and traveling.
Typical Environmental Conditions:
- Typical indoor office environment.
