Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Key Holder to join our retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include providing direct sales floor support, assisting customers, replenishing stock, and managing daily tasks assigned by Store Assistant Managers (SAMs) and the General Manager (GM). Additionally, you will share various responsibilities with SAMs, such as opening and closing the store, running breaks, authorizing discounts, and handling cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Floor Support:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide direct support on the sales floor to help meet sales targets and goals.
- Offer product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure the dispensary is clean and presentable at all times.
- Customer Support:
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Stock Replenishment:
- Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Task Management:
- Manage and execute daily tasks assigned by SAMs and GM.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Store Operations:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
- Conduct daily cash management, including handling cash registers, counting money.
- Oversee and run employee breaks to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Discount and Promotion Management:
- Authorize and apply discounts and promotions as needed, ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Leadership Support:
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of SAMs and GM, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and ability to manage cash transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have 90% or higher attendance rate on a monthly basis.
